Salesforce Administrator/Sales Operations Analyst – North America

In this position you will be interacting with a wide range of people, both internally & externally, to support North America’s sales operations.  This role will encompass both administration of the Salesforce platform and supporting lead generating operations for marketing campaigns and working with our Pardot Administrator.  This is a small established team where flexibility will be required.

The position is task-focused and requires excellent attention to detail, with strong communication and organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and enthusiastically.  A proactive, self-starter who can work independently as well as part of a successful team is required. On-going support will be provided.


Salesforce Administrator responsibilities will include:


  • Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.
  • Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration.
  • Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
  • Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data.
  • Maintaining the sales cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.
  • Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
  • Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support.
  • Preparing reports for sales.

Salesforce Administrator Requirements:

  • Salesforce certified administrator or Salesforce advanced administrator certification.
  • 1-2 years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment.
  • Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
  • Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
  • Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
  • Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.
  • Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.


Sales Operation Analyst responsibilities will include:

  • Webinar Planning and Development (Internal/External)
  • Work with service teams to develop webinar process and agenda
  • Develop webinar set-up through Cisco Webex
  • Coordinate mailing lists from Salesforce for Pardot campaigns
  • Manage registrants and lead generation follow-on activities


Administrative Duties

  • As needed participation in wire release and social media postings

  • Self-starter with a willingness to learn
  • Team player, able to work closely with the sales team and wider analyst teams
  • Customer service experience helpful, ideally, in a high-tech environment
  • Excellent organizational skills coupled with clear communication skills and strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Additional understanding of Cisco Webex Event and ZoomInfo tools helpful
