Orange Announces Tariff Changes on 1st April

Orange UK has announced that as well as refreshing some of its current tariff plans new ones are being offered and new multi media services introduced. This is an effort to tap into the growth in mobile internet usage. The new and refreshed price plans aim to make multimedia services like email, Orange Map and mobile internet more accessible to mobile users.
• 500MB Mobile internet on latest mobile devices from £20 a month on Dolphin Pay Monthly, with unlimited texts and email included. Minimum contract is 24 months
• Panther will be available from £30 a month on a minimum 24 month contract, with 400 minutes, unlimited texts and unlimited mobile internet, email, Sat Nav & Photo. Unlimited mobile internet is subject to fair usage policy.
• Free trial of a multimedia service available on any plan for all new and upgrading pay monthly customers. There are six services to choose from e.g. Sky News, Sky Sports, email and sat nav with Orange Maps.
• Orange Games launched, offering two free games a month.
• The Canary tariff is being brought back with unlimited texts and more included minutes.
• Finally the Racoon tariff is being refreshed with more mobile and landline minutes.
Over the past year there has been a huge growth in mobile internet usage with customers getting used to using their mobile to surf the Internet in a similar way as a computer. With these changes Orange is hoping to reach those customers.
