On February 9, 2022, Samsung unveiled the latest updates of its smartphone lineup – Galaxy S22, S22+ and S22 Ultra.

Samsung Galaxy S22 and S22+ are very similar in terms of hardware and specifications. The main differences are the size (6.1 vs. 6.6-inch), the battery (3700 vs. 4500 mAh) and the fast charging (25W vs. 45W).

Compared to them, Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra turns all features and specs “up to eleven”. It is the ultimate smartphone, showcasing the maximum of the technological advance that Samsung (or any other vendor) can squeeze into a device.

Despite the numerous improvements Samsung managed to maintain the prices of the new S22 devices the same as last year’s S21 series.

The company still faces supply constraints, so not increasing prices will help maximise sales of the new devices, despite the difficult circumstances.
