Lenovo-Motorola Solidifying Its Profitability

Q2 2021 has been a good quarter for Lenovo-Motorola, mainly in terms of profitability. This was the third consecutive quarter for the vendor to be in profit. Not only this, the vendor improved its profitability by around 4.3 times compared to what it was in Q1 2021.

The shipments grew +55% YoY and +12% QoQ driven by the shipment of G series of the Motorola brand. This was the highest ever shipment for Lenovo-Motorola since 2018. Revenue also bumped up+ 94% YoY and the brand successfully remained profitable for three quarters in a row. Americas continue to be the sweet spot for the vendor.
