by Boris Metodiev | 8月 05, 2021

HMD (Nokia) global handset wholesale revenue went up +85% YoY, handset ASP increased +58% YoY, while operating margin hit its second highest point ever for the company in Q2 2021.

The successful rebranding and launch of the new smartphone line of the Nokia C, G and X series, and its positive effect on the company’s financials, showcases how important for HMD would be to continue with the transition from feature phones to smartphones, where margins and profitability are much better.

Smartphone revenue share accounted for 77% of the company’s total revenue in Q2 2021, its highest level for the last six quarters.
