New research from our Smartphone Model Tracker (SMT) shows Xiaomi captured 2 of the top 10 bestselling Android smartphone models in the UK during Q4 2020.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 9 and Redmi 9 were the 8th and 10th top Android models in the quarter.

British consumers like their value-for-money and good-enough features.

Xiaomi is fast becoming a major headache for other smartphone players in the UK, notably Samsung, Google Pixel, and TCL.
