New research from our Smartphone Country Tracker (CST) shows Motorola is making a surprisingly strong comeback in Canada.

Motorola is now the no.3 smartphone brand in Canada in H2 2021, and its marketshare sits at its highest level for half-a-decade. Better models and a stronger performance at major carriers, like Bell Mobility, are driving up its presence.

Of course, for every winner, there must be a loser. Motorola is taking marketshare from LG, TCL-Alcatel and a few others.
