Motorola is back. The old school, former leader of the global handset and smartphone market continues to post positive results in the US market. Motorola has reinvigorated its product lineup over the last 2 years and has been the prime beneficiary of LG finally exiting the business.

Motorola at 10% share has daylight (for now) to TCL Alcatel in fourth place overall at 6%. 

At the operator level Motorola has a strong lead of +8 points over TCL Alcatel at Verizon Wireless but a slimmer +4 point lead  over them at T-Mobile. OnePlus continues to perform well and has made a strong showing at T-Mobile in Q2 2021.
