Among the countries tracked South East Asian Nations stood out. Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Vietnam and Nigeria were placed the top five of the forty five in terms of shipments.

The "Next 45" countries tracked include: Argentina, Algeria, Australia, Austria, Bangladesh, Belgium, Chile, Colombia, Denmark, Ecuador, Egypt, Finland, Ghana, Hong Kong, Hungary, Indonesia, Iran, Israel, Kenya, Malaysia, Morocco, Myanmar, Netherlands, Nigeria, Norway, Pakistan, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, Switzerland, Sweden, Singapore, Taiwan, Tanzania, Thailand, Turkey, UAE, Ukraine, Uzbekistan, Venezuela and Vietnam.
