Google is Starting to Take off in Japan Smartphone Market

According to the recent report about Japanese smartphone market by operator, published under CST (Country Share Tracker), we found the following trends and facts for Q4 2018.

- Apple continued to be the leader in Japan.
- Non-Japanese OEM's including Apple and Samsung topped the chart.
- Pixel 3 series by Google did a fairly good job since launch last October 2018.
- Softbank became the big fan of Google Pixel 3-branded smartphones.
