7 out of 10 LTE handsets in Japan and Korea Support LTE-Advanced Features

According to the recently-published report, 'LTE-Advanced Handset Vendor Shipments by Country : Q1 2017' published under Handset Country Share Tracker (HCST) service, 7 out of 10 LTE-capable handsets shipped in Japan and Korea during Q1 2017 support LTE-Advanced (LTE-A) features, enjoying faster speed and improved services.

In terms of LTE-A handsets penetration out of total LTE handsets, Japan and Korea lead the LTE-A handset market while India remains less than 10%. China and the US become the biggest LTE-A handset market by volume.
