by Rajeev Nair | 12月 20, 2016

Global Smartphone Revenues declined by less than -1% in Q3 2016. Per our recent report available here from the Handset Country Share Tracker (HCST) Service smartphone revenues declined annually in four of the six regions tracked.

Apple continues to lead the global smartphone revenues and was followed by Samsung. Together the two vendors continued to capture more than half the revenue share globally. Asia Pacific was the largest region by volume and by value.

The wholesale Average Selling Price (ASP’s) too witnessed one of the steepest declines in recent quarters as volumes in the premium price tier fell.
