by Woody Oh | 8月 10, 2016

Micromax, one of the strongest locally-focused smartphone vendors of the world, is struggling to rise to the top smartphone vendor position in its home Indian market, heavily pressured by Samsung, but this vendor is stabilizing and cementing its smartphone market share in Russia since it launched the smartphones last year.

According to the country-wise smartphone shipment tracker, published by Handset Country Share Tracker (HCST) service, Micromax has succeeded to obtain the meaningful and sustainable smartphone market share in Russia for the last three quarters, ranking no.4 during the latest Q2 2016, and its affordable Canvas-branded smartphones including 'Pace 4G' have become the best-selling smartphones in Russia during the quarter.

The in-detail smartphone shipment and analysis regarding Micromax and other leading smartphone vendors in 15 major countries including Russia can be identified at this link.
