US$4 Smartphone Closer to Reality?

Freedom 251 the world’s cheapest smartphone (at retail price) is set to debut in July in the Indian market. Putting to rest speculation surrounding its viability as it got announced early 2016, just prior to the Mobile World Congress (MWC).
