Apple + Samsung took 62% of the Global Handset Revenues

The Global Handset wholesale (trade) revenues grew by 10% YoY in Q3 2015, with Apple and Samsung together capturing 62% of them. Apple maintained its leadership in handset revenues in Q3 2015 in 3 of the 6 regions, while Samsung regained some ground on account of its improved performance in the rest of the regions and continues to dominate the global handset market by volumes. According to the report, most of the vendors witnessed a revenue decline. The report is a vital tool for monitoring the financial health and handset pricing of leading brands such as Apple, Samsung, Lenovo-Motorola, ZTE and others across different regions.
