The presentation will focus on enabling trends in the defense industry that are shaping the future use of GaAs, SiGe and GaN technologies in this key sector.

Key topics that will be discussed include:

  • The growing strength of SiGe technologies
  • Where is GaN?

Registration from 12 noon. The 45 minute presentation starts at 12.15pm and will be followed by 15 minutes for questions/discussion.
