Report Summary:

As consumer-focused robotics continues to emerge, a deep understanding of user needs and preferences is required to deliver a product consumers want. Previous research from the User Experience Strategies (UXS) team at Strategy Analytics identified the emerging needs, behaviours and expectations of consumers regarding robots.

To further explore this issue, Strategy Analytics conducted a web survey with consumers in the US, Western Europe, China, and India to prioritize robotics use cases and identify existing consumer preferences for form factor and interaction.
