What is Teligen Bundle Benchmarking?
As the bundling of telecom services is becoming increasingly prominent with operators across many countries, Teligen has developed a new benchmarking system specifically designed to compare offers from each of the main services providers in OECD member and non-member countries (36 countries) across all permutations of services bundles including fixed broadband, fixed voice, mobile broadband, mobile voice and TV.
Teligen Bundle Benchmarking is delivered as a flexible and user-friendly Excel based system which complements Teligen’s other price benchmarking products and allow users to:
- Easily track the best prices both in and between national markets across all types of telecom services bundles.
- Create unique bundle requirements for specific service combinations using the Custom Bundle settings.
- View results in a number of different ways e.g. with/without VAT, in national or common currency, including promotions or not.
- Customise the list of countries to be displayed and filter the results by country or operator.
- Quickly view the main service features offered for each bundled plan. E.g. Fixed broadband speed, fixed and mobile voice allowances, mobile data and various aspects of TV offers including number of channels (SD and HD) and ability to record.
- View results based on either minimum bundle requirements or exact bundle types.
Teligen Bundle Benchmarking is updated twice a year.
