In Strategy Analytics most recent ROW Mobile Advertising Forecast (i.e., baseline forecast) we projected mobile ad spend to grow by 11% to reach $78.2 B across all regions (Asia Pacific, Latin America and Middle East and Africa). This is no longer the case given the COVID-19 pandemic. While significant uncertainty exists as to how much damage COVID-19 will ultimately inflict on global economies we have applied several scenarios based upon different economic conditions.
