And this is before Disney+ makes its presence felt on a global scale. Overall there were 805.87 million SVOD subscription in 2019. This will grow to 1.427 billion by year-end 2025. Given its current trajectory, total SVOD subscriptions will surpass the one billion mark in late 2021. On average, SVOD HHs globally subscribed to 1.54 services in 2019. By 2025, this will grow to 1.82 SVOD subscriptions per SVOD HH.
