DirecTV customers are weighted towards higher income and more retired households than average. DirecTV customers say that they will move significantly away from Panasonic and towards Sony and Samsung when they next purchase a TV, and 25% claim to use their TV provider’s mobile app. This Bulletin presents selected survey findings relating to households which use DirecTV as their television service provider in the US.
