Vodafone Stands Tall as a Digital Transformation Partner to Enterprises

In February 2020, Strategy Analytics spent several days with Vodafone
discussing its shift in strategy from a traditional telecommunications service
provider to a Technology Communications Company This included a new
strategic framework, called “Tech2025”, aligning Group with its operating
companies (OpCos), leveraging its acquisitions, as well as how the company
was planning to leverage its substantial infrastructure assets to transform its
business in multiple areas around managed services, IoT, 5G, Mobility, Mobile
Private Networks (MPN) and Multi-access Edge Computing (MEC), Cloud, UC to
name a few areas.

This report provides an insight into Tech2025 and Vodafone’s strategy, with a
particular focus on how it will address Enterprise Mobility.
