IoT @ Mobile World Congress 2019: 5G, Edge and Partnerships Dominate Agenda

Mobile World Congress is the biggest annual show in the Mobile and Smart Connected Ecosystem, which took place in Barcelona between February 25th and February 28th 2019. Over 109,000 visitors from 198 countries and territories attended the 2019 Mobile World Congress. Over four days, the conference programme delved into topics such as high-speed 5G networks, the Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence (AI) and big data among others.

Strategy Analytics had a large team of analysts in attendance. This report covers the key themes around ‘Intelligent Connectivity’ and IoT in particular, from the 2019 event.
