Strategy Analytics conducted an expert UX evaluation of the ReachNow car-sharing service from BMW. ReachNow serves a variety of car-sharing use cases remarkably well. Its free-floating availability model with multiple vehicle types combines the best aspects of Daimler’s Car2Go service and GM’s Maven service. To improve usability of ReachNow, minor changes around reserving, connecting to, and starting a vehicle are recommended.
