Report Summary:

Strategy Analytics conducted a UX benchmark study of the Porsche Taycan infotainment system and relevant HMI.  Dual-touchscreen systems are visually appealing but questionably useful, though in terms of practical implementation for top in-car tasks, Porsche has done better than certain competitors.  Porsche’s voice assistant is on par with its competition with regard to feature set, but its practical functionality has one key blocker.
