Focus group participants rated the style and design of smartphone-based connectivity solutions from Apple, Samsung, and Microsoft. OEM solutions from GM and Mazda were also rated for comparison. Participants were neutral towards the style and design of CarPlay while they regarded DriveLink positively. More participants preferred the style and design of MyLink and Mazda Connect than any of the smartphone-based solutions.
