Kevin Nolan, Vice President
As Vice President of the Strategy Analytics UX Innovation Practice, Kevin Nolan leads a team that advises on all aspects of the consumer interaction with technology in the intelligent home, in the connected vehicle and while mobile.
Kevin has 20 years' experience managing research, analysis and consulting projects in the wireless, connected devices and semiconductor industries, and has spent more than a decade consulting on user experience and innovation strategies.
Prior to joining Strategy Analytics in 2002, he was a partner at Hexagon Internet where he managed website development and user experience optimization projects for international clients across a number of sectors. He started his career as an analyst at Strategy
Analytics predecessor company, BIS Strategic Decisions. Kevin holds a BA (Hons) degree in International Business from Herriot-Watt University, Edinburgh and a Diplôme Professionnel en Commerce International from ESSEC Business School, Paris.

As a Director within the Strategy Analytics UX Innovation Practice, Diane O'Neill manages bespoke UX research studies across mobile devices, media, smart home and the connected vehicle. Diane is responsible for developing, conducting and analyzing research which explore emerging technologies with a focus on the needs, motivations and experiences of future target consumers and the strategies required to deliver the optimal user experience.
Diane has over ten year’s research management experience, successfully leading global projects. Prior to joining Strategy Analytics in 2013, Diane was an Associate Director at IHS and Research Manager at IMS Research.
Diane holds an MSc in Management from Lancaster University and a BSc (Hons) in Human Biology from Loughborough University.

Paul Brown, Director of Projects
As Director of Projects within the Strategy Analytics UX Innovation Practice, Paul Brown manages bespoke UX research studies across mobile devices, media, smart home and the connected vehicle. Paul is responsible for supporting clients in developing their user experience strategies. Previously, Paul lead Strategy Analytics’ Mobile Device UX team, where his areas of research included smartphones, mobile operating systems, smart wearables, mobile accessories, mobile internet services, applications and media.
Having joined Strategy Analytics in 2005, Paul has undertaken thousands of hours of consumer research across the world, and has successfully lead multi-country projects for leading companies using a variety of methodologies, including surveys, focus groups, usability testing, ethnography and longitudinal studies.
Prior to joining Strategy Analytics, Paul worked as a Data Analyst for Anglia Examination Syndicate, Chichester College. Paul holds a BSc in Management Science and Statistics from the University of Wales, Swansea.

Chris Schreiner, Director of Syndicated Research
As Director of Syndicated Research within the Strategy Analytics UX Innovation Practice, Chris Schreiner is responsible for leading teams delivering in depth user experience analysis and insights for clients in the wireless, smart home, and automotive industries.
Chris has over 20 years of experience in UX and human factors research, and has successfully led projects globally for clients in the automotive and wireless industries.
Prior to joining Strategy Analytics in 2008, Chris worked at Motorola, OnStar, and the Virginia Tech Transportation Institute. Chris holds an M.A.in Cognitive Psychology from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.

Lisa Cooper, Director – User Experience Strategies
As Director of UX Strategies service, within the User Experience Innovation Practice at SA, Lisa is responsible for delivering insights and qualitative and quantitative UX research to clients on emerging technologies such as VR/AR, smart homes, assistive technologies, 5G, AI, as well as new device form factors and HMI.
Lisa has over 20 years of experience in UX and human factors research and consulting in North America and Europe spanning applications such as emerging technologies, assistive devices and accessibility research, automotive safety, infotainment and aerospace applications. She holds a M.S. degree in Human Factors Engineering from Virginia Tech and BSc (Hons) in Ergonomics/Human Factors from Loughborough University.
Prior to joining Strategy Analytics, Lisa was an independent UX research consultant, a senior Human Factors Engineer at General Motors, and prior to that a research associate working for Loughborough University of Telecommunications and Computer Human Interaction Research Center. She began her career as a UX researcher at Human Sciences and Technology Research Institute (HUSAT) at Loughborough University researching human-centered design processes with regards to emerging technologies and their impact on accessibility.

Diana Franganillo, Director
As Director of In-Vehicle UX Research within the Strategy Analytics UX Innovation Practice, Diana Franganillo is responsible for leading the In-Vehicle UX research service delivering insights on emerging use cases, consumer priorities, and experience optimization for in-vehicle connectivity and autonomous and electric vehicles.
Diana has over 15 years of experience in UX and human factors and has successfully led projects globally in the automotive and aviation industries.
Prior to joining Strategy Analytics in May 2021, Diana worked at Renault Group, Jaguar Land Rover, NATS and Airbus Military. Diana holds a MSc in Human Factors from Cranfield University in the UK, a PgCert in Automotive Technology from Warwick University also in the UK, and a MEng in Aeronautical Engineering from the Technical University of Madrid, Spain.

Monica Wong , Project Manager
As a Project Manager, Monica Wong is responsible for conducting consumer research and analysis within the Strategy Analytics UX Innovation Practice. Monica works on research projects that focus on consumer behavior, attitudes, motivations and preferences pertaining to mobile devices, media services, connected home and automotive technology.
Monica joined Strategy Analytics in 2013 and has extensive hands-on research experience, her primary focus has been on proprietary research projects. Monica holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Communications from University of California San Diego.
