He closely monitors the challenges and opportunities faced by hardware vendors, component suppliers, software developers and media firms in the Mobile PC and Game Console markets worldwide. Chirag previously served as an Analyst in Strategy Analytics' User Experience Practice primarily researching consumer behavior and user experiences across the mobile device, connected home and automotive sectors. Chirag led on projects involving technical performance measurement and benchmarking of consumer electronics products, focusing on mobile portable devices and in-vehicle systems.
Prior to joining SA, Chirag's professional experience involved mobile gaming applications’ development and software testing.
Chirag holds a first class BSc (Hons) Degree in Digital Animation & Production from the University of Greenwich, UK.
