Tele2 Netherlands are now offering SIM-only tariffs either without a contract or on a 12-month basis.  Bundles on offer range from 100 to 700 minutes.  The 12-month 100 minute starter plan costs EUR 3.00 per month. Customers pay EUR 22.00 per month for 700 minutes (12 months). The non-commitment plans are priced at EUR 2.00 or EUR 3.00 more per month. Out-of-bundle charges for calls and texts are lower for the 12-month plans although MMS and data pricing is the same for both offerings.
