Germany - O2 introduces new Prepaid incentives

by Josie Sephton | Sep 08, 2011

O2 Germany is now offering a wider range of incentives to users recharging its O2 o Prepaid plan.

O2 o Prepaid S, M and L offer free calls to O2; free calls to O2 and fixed lines or the above plus free text messages to O2 in return for a minimum top-up of EUR 15.00, 20.00 or 30.00 respectively. All allowances are valid for a month.

The newly refreshed O2 Freikarte is also based on O2 o Prepaid, with top-up thresholds identical to those for the S, M and L price plans. The Freikarte gives a choice of free text messages; free texts and minutes or free calls ("Flatrates").  The EUR 30.00 O2 Freikarte with Bonus-Flatrate also offers free mobile internet.

O2 is still offering its "Kosten-Airbag", which caps the cost of national calls and text messages at EUR 50. This applies to O2 o Prepaid as well as Postpaid.

Full details of the plans above are available in T-Cellular Online. Teligen monitors price developments of this sort in its continuous updates of T-Cellular Online http://sa-link.cc/3i
