After hitting a healthy century in Q2 2021, Realme continued its growth momentum in Q3 and grew 6% YoY by volume with 16 million smartphone units for the quarter. Asia Pacific continues to be the sweet spot for the vendor with more than 75% of the vendor’s global shipments. However this is for the first time that Realme declined annually in the region due to weak seasonality in one of its key market India and relatively stronger pent up demand in Q3 2020. All other regions grew annually with Central and Latin America registering highest QoQ growth albeit smaller base. Strategies like targeting youth, expansion in the western market and 5G focus is really helping the vendor upscale.
In the report here, we talk about Realme’s performance in Q3 2021 over different parameters like shipments, revenue, ASP, operating profit, profit margin, etc. Also, this report talks about Realme’s regional performance and its recent expansion in the Latin American market which makes it a must read for stakeholders.
