OnePlus Strengthening Its Foot in Western Markets

by Abhilash Kumar | Aug 11, 2021

OnePlus recorded its highest ever shipment for a quarter as it grew 207% YoY and 8% QoQ in Q2 2021. Due to upscaling, wholesale revenue also registered growth on similar lines. The ASP got softened a bit due to the higher proportion of the Nord series in the shipment.

Western markets like Western Europe and North America have accepted the brand with open arms and the brand is slowly and steadily making its foot strong there. In the US, the vendor grew more than 300% due to partnerships with operators like T-Mobile and Metro PCS (largest prepaid carrier). We believe Latin America to be the next sweet spot that will be tapped with the help of affordable Nord series.

In our report here, we talk in detail about the performance of vendor on different parameters like shipments, revenues, ASPs. Importantly, the regional insights are valuable for key stakeholders like OEMs, ODMs and operators.
