KaiOS Feature Phone Shipments Rebounded 23% YoY in Q1 2021

Strategy Analytics estimates global KaiOS feature phone shipments grew +23% YoY in Q1 2021. The market returned to positive annual growth after 8 consequtive quarters of annual decline. The growth is driven by COVID situation getting back to normal and ease in lockdown conditions across the globe. TCL-Alcatel led the chart with 26% market share, followed by HMD (Nokia) and Reliance Jio.
