Our latest research shows MONTHLY smartphone shipments grew +5% month-on-month worldwide in August, 2020. Markets across the globe remain volatile, as demand bounces around from week to week. But with new 5G models arriving -- from Google, Samsung, Apple and others -- September and October should soon see favorable monthly upticks. The industry is cautious, but with a hint of optimism.
