by Linda Sui | Feb 14, 2017

According to the latest report from our Wireless Smartphone Strategies (WSS) services: Global Smartphone Monthly Shipments (Sell in) and Sales (Sell through) by Vendor : January 2017, global smartphone shipments increased +3% MoM in December, while sales was stabilized from last month.

Apple and Samsung top the chart, following by rising Chinese vendors, such as Huawei, OPPO, vivo, and Gionee etc. Global smartphone inventory level is under manageable level thanks to holiday sales and promotions.
