Apple opened its first own-branded store in South Korea in 2018.

News arrives today that Apple is now opening its second store, in western Seoul, on February 26th, 2021.

That Apple is doubling its store footprint -- in the middle of a virus pandemic -- is a clear sign of Apple's growing strength in South Korea.
