While Oppo has been a major player in the Indonesian market already for a couple of years, it’s actually newer Chinese entrants like Xiaomi that are growing the fastest in that market. With the help of popular models such as the Redmi Note 4X and the Redmi 4A, Xiaomi has managed to displace local vendors such as Advan Digital. With its high volumes and significant growth potential, the Indonesian market is worth watching closely for any smartphone vendor.
