According to new research from TechInsights, China smartphone shipments declined -14.8% YoY in Q4 2022, hitting 71.4 million units. It is the fourth straight quarter that China market posts double-digit decline, blaming to the sluggish demand, vendor’s inventory adjustments, supply disruption amid covid-related challenges. Vendor wise, Apple topped the market with a record high volume share this quarter, followed by Honor and vivo at some distance.
