Apple ranked no.2 in terms of global smarthone shipments during Q3 2022, but looking at the performance of each individual model, seven iPhone models, iPhone 13 series and 14 series mostly, hit the global best-selling top ten smartphone model chart during the same quarter.

Among top ten list, iPhone 13 standard model, iPhone 14 Pro Max and iPhone 14 Pro drove the global smartphone demand, being the world's no.1, no.2 and no.3 model, by shipment, respectively.

From Android camp, Samsung put three A series smartphones on the top ten list while Xiaomi posted two Redmi-branded models on the top twenty. Samsung Z Flip 4 became the most successful foldable smartphone, hitting the top 15 list during Q3 2022.
