9 out of 10 Smartphones in South Korea Supporting LTE-A / LTE- A Pro in Q3 2017

According to the recently-published report, 'Global LTE-Advanced Handset Vendor Shipments by Country : Q3 2017', almost 90% smartphones shipped in South Korea during Q3 2017 could support 'LTE-Advanced / LTE-Advanced Pro' technologies.

Samsung led the LTE-Advanced / LTE-Advanced Pro segment with a huge market share ahead of LG and Apple, largely boosted by a number of LTE-Advanced / LTE-Advanced Pro - capable smartphones such as the newly-launched Note 8, Note FE and S8 / S8+, Galaxy S7, S7 edge and A series.
