Launching of Andy Rubin's Essential PH-1 is a Few Weeks Away

by Woody Oh | Aug 11, 2017

Though the official launching of PH-1, a flagship smartphone designed by Essential, which Andy Rubin founded after leaving Google, seems a bit delayed than originally expected, consumers in the US and Canada at least will be able to buy this phone in a few week away.

Since this start-up unveiled the phone back in May, it must have done a lot of work in obtaining more investors and more channel partners. Chinese Tencent and American Amazon have participated as investors while Essential could include BustBuy and Amazon as their retailer partners.

Our HCST insight report analyzed what this phone will be about and how PH-1 should do to succeed in the market.
