Huawei officially announced it will start manufacturing smartphones in India in collaboration with the leading global electronics manufacturer, Flextronics Technologies India, from the first week of October 2016, and the first smartphone will be highly likely Honor-branded affordable device customized for price-conscious market.

In addition to this, it is said that Huawei will be strengthening its after sales services in India with over 200 service centers, including more than 30 exclusive Huawei service centers in India.
