Handset Shipments Reach Half-Billion Units

According to our EDS (Devices) service, global handset shipments grew a steady +3% annually in Q3 2017. Robust demand for LTE models across Asia pushed worldwide volumes to almost half a billion units. Lenovo-Motorola held steady, while OPPO is slowing, and Asus is sliding fast.
