The number of users only utilizing one music streaming service is decreasing, while the number of users actually paying for music services is increasing. Music frequency of use is also high.

Consumers show the highest level of interest in being able to see lyrics along with the music they are listening to, though not all age groups in every region share the same viewpoints on added features for streaming music services.
