Northeast USA has emerged as one of the most competitive markets for connected mobility services. In this report, we analyse reviews from more than 1700 users of two top ride-sharing services – Uber and Lyft. While Uber leads in consumer sentiment, neither service can be enthusiastic about the overall service rating considering neither has an average rating higher than 2.5 stars (out of 5). 16% of Uber reviews and 21% of Lyft reviews reported a bad experience with the ‘driver’.
