Consumer behaviours with mobile phones are changing. Increasing mobile video consumption is forcing network operators to readdress their product offerings, in terms of both network technology provision and increased mobile traffic bought about by new tariff strategies. In an ever-increasingly competitive market place, where consumers can see little difference in product offering, consumer satisfaction will be a key differentiator.
To further understand consumer satisfaction with network operators, this report explores consumer perception of network coverage, data speeds and overall experience with their network operator in the US, Western Europe (France, Germany, Italy, Spain and UK), China and India.
