This report presents the findings of Strategy Analytics’ focus group study with mobile video consumers in China. In 2016, participants claimed that longer –length content such as movies and TV series were commonly watched on a smartphone. While free video content have become hard to obtain in China nowadays, participants exhibited a strong willingness to pay for video content.
