Larger screens with higher image quality are essential factors for a consumer's next TV. Though more than half of the participants in this study indicated that they had heard of 4K TV, only three were existing 4K TV owners. While price and content availability are the main deterrents to owning a next generation TV, consumers are looking for more information to see if this new technology is worth buying.
