This report presents the findings of Strategy Analytics’ Media  & Services UX expert evaluation of Apple’s Music service, launched June 30, 2015.  To understand the user experience and functionality of Apple Music, two senior Strategy Analytics UX researchers reviewed this streaming music service to explore the user interface, differentiating experiences and core features. The expert review was completed in July 2015, accessing Apple Music via its native Music app on an iPhone 5S running iOS 8.4.  Based on our analysis of Apple’s music service, this report provides key highlights and recommendations for streaming music services.
