Innovations in the areas of artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning and deep learning are beginning to dominate the technology landscape. A recent study from the User Experience Strategies (UXS) service at Strategy Analytics, “UXS Technology Planning Report: Artificial Intelligence”, assessed the needs, behaviors and expectations of future AI users. To further understand the future of the AI landscape, SA surveyed consumers in the US, Western Europe, China, and India regarding their interest in specific AI use cases and their overall perceptions of AI. 41% of respondents believe that artificial intelligence will enrich their lives, with consumers in China and India being most likely to embrace the technology.
